I booked "the nest/le nid" a bit last minute without realizing it is a trailer, so that was a bit of a surprise! Very cool decor, very clean, beautiful place with great attention to detail. Bryce (I think his name was) checked us in and also provided service in the restaurant the next day and was extremely nice, accommodating and welcoming. The food and drinks in the restaurant were fantastic! Everything seemed very well thought out. Thanks for a great stay!

I booked a room for three people through Expedia, but they gave me a room for two. The package included two breakfast coupons, two towels, and everything else, but it was for two people, not three. It’s frustrating.

Me and my husband just stayed at Arc Hotel for 1 night . We arrived earlier than the checked-in time but we need to park our car at their Parking area so I ask the front desk if we can and the guy was very kind and he allowed us. The Parking is safe. The room is clean and we enjoyed our stay there. Except on the last minute when we almost checked-out my hubby used the washroom but then the water is too slow flushing down. Uggh it was embarrassing leaving the room the toilet bowl didn't work well. I inform the front desk about the issue when we checked-out . Hope it will resolve.
